All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

All of our candles, room sprays, and perfumes are handcrafted in small batches. Due to the handmade nature of our products, slight variations in color, finish, scent strength, and vessel appearance are normal and part of their unique character.

Product descriptions, scent notes, and photos are provided for reference only. Individual perception of fragrance may vary.

By purchasing our products, you acknowledge and agree to follow all candle care and safety instructions provided with your order.

Sage Heron Candle Co. is not responsible for misuse of products, including but not limited to:

• Failure to trim wicks
   
• Burning candles unattended
   
• Burning beyond recommended time
   
• Use near flammable materials
   

Wooden bowls and natural vessels may vary and should always be burned on a heat-safe surface.

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Payment is due at the time of purchase. Orders will not be processed until payment is received.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.

Processing times are listed on the website and may vary during holidays or high-volume periods. Once an order has shipped, Sage Heron Candle Co. is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered but not received.

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on candles, room sprays, perfumes, or seasonal items.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we may assist you.
